Welcome to Beyond Personal Training

 We all have struggles. We all have issues. We all have choices. It’s taken me a long time to get to the place I am now. A healthy place of moderation and self-love. Twenty plus years in the fitness industry has shown me there is more to health and fitness that an hour in the gym  a few days a week. As women we put everyone and everything before ourselves. We struggle with feelings of guilt and selfishness when taking time for ourselves. My goal is to help women realize their self-worth, their inner strength and teach them how to better care for themselves. By loving ourselves and taking care of ourselves we are better able to care for those around us. Spending time and energy on improving our health and fitness is one of the best ways to show love to our bodies.

As a Health Coach I can help you to set SMART goals and create a step by step plan to reach those goals. By guiding you through the process, keeping you motivated and accountable, those hard to reach goals can become a reality.

By offering Wellness Workshops I hope to offer guidance and education concerning common struggles we all as women deal with. These workshops give you the opportunity to learn how to navigate obstacles that so often derail your goals. By showing you how to put into practice small daily habits that can make your life easier. 

Beyond all else, I believe women need a chance to slow down and breath. A weekend retreat allows you to take a break and recharge. Retreats are held within an hour drive from Fargo, keeping you close but not too close to home. Check-in for retreats are Friday at 5pm with check-out Sunday at 11am. Some time away without felling like the whole weekend got away from you. Every retreat is wellness related with healthy and delicious foods we prep and cook ourselves as well as gentle movement, scheduled relaxation and a chance to connect with amazing women who have similar interest. Each retreat will have a special theme related to heath and wellness. 

I would love to help you find the strength to be the best version of "you". To assistance you in realizing your self-worth and to teach you how easy it can be to learn to love yourself. Baby steps, but steps all the same.
